Mo Plank

 

My name is Mongezi Plank, I’m a Marathon and Ultra Marathon runner. A finisher of Sanlam Marathon 42km/Two Oceans Ultra 56km and Icons Journey Ultra Marathon 103km, and looking to enter Comrades Marathon and Icons Journey Ultra 400km. 

A lot of runner are happy to just be on the road every day, see the kilometres fall and achieve milestones. A question I always ask is “are you looking to running as a now fix or you want it to be a lifetime escape “, if your answer is running even in your oldest age then you need to be in my classes! 

Allow me to introduce you to “Mo’s Power Hour ” a 45 minutes class that gives you the opportunity to extend your running journey.

  • Yes, we run in this class
  • We also teach Runner’s warmup Drills, which prepare your muscles and Running posture
  • We do Strengthening – Mobility and conditioning which helps your muscles withstand running, helps you avoid Injury when training or in competition.
  • Also I help with Injury Rehabilitation through resistance training.
  • All this through Bodyweight Training only!

In addition I also started introducing weekly group runs as part of training, soon I will be offering programs to help with improving your fitness.
