Lindsay Davy
Lindsay is an ETA and STOTT® trained Pilates instructor. She taught Group Fitness, Indoor Cycling and various sports for many years, and became interested in Pilates in 2010. After obtaining her instructor qualification, she opened the Natural Affinity Health and Wellness Studio in 2011. She has since added reformer Pilates to her repertoire (2016). Her passion for Pilates has inspired her to branch out into Zenga, Total Barre, Pilates for children, as well as mom-and-baby Pilates.
Lindsay is a MSc graduate, with her thesis focusing on cardiovascular disease risk in South African adults. She is also a full-time teacher, as well as mom to a busy son and daughter.
She is passionate about health and wellness, and in addition to Pilates, offers Step classes at the studio. Lindsay also enjoys running and walking.
