Hayley Wilson
Hayley is a recently qualified ETA-based Pilates instructor who discovered her love of Pilates while still at school. For the last 10 years, Pilates has been her source of strength and stability, keeping her grounded and connected throughout every stage of life. Pilates supported her ballet and contemporary dancing throughout high school, and kept her sane and healthy as she completed her Mathematics degree at Stellenbosch University. After moving to Grahamstown in 2022, she finally gave in to the hunger to know more about this incredible movement method, and completed her instructors course.
Hayley loves building deep relationships with her clients, working with them to discover their potential and find ease in their movements. A firm believer in the connection between the mind and the body, she weaves mindfulness practices into each of her classes, unlocking the restorative nature of Pilates.
A lover of hiking, sunshine, and people, Hayley spends her days writing for companies around the world and protecting her belongings from the claws of her foster kittens.
